Online Return Policy

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for refunds or store credit.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, jewelry, and sale items.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Vita Boutique reserves the right to withhold refunds or store credit on returns that do not meet this criteria.

1. Returning Online Orders By Mail:

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Only if the return is a result of our error, (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.

To return a website order by mail, ensure that you include the filled-out Return Form with your return parcel. The Return Form would have been included with your initial order (like a packing slip). This Return Form contains the order number and the Return Authorization number for you order. It is important that you fill out this Return Form and include it in your parcel so that we can best assist you.

Please email your order number & the tracking number of the parcel to returns@vitaboutique.com so that we can be prepared to receive it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. We will also include the refund amount that will be processed based on the return policy described above. You may choose to have the refund credited:

1. To the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, debit card, PayPal)

2. To your account as a Store Credit

 

EXCHANGES: Due to our standard processing times and ever-changing inventory, we cannot offer exchanges for online orders that are being shipped. Please return your item as described on this page and create a new order based on the inventory available on our website. Thank you for your understanding!

 

2. Returning Online Orders In Person:

If you choose to return items in person at our Hartville location to avoid paying return shipping costs, please note that it will still take between 1-3 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Please also ensure that you are dropping off your returns within the 14-day return window noted above.

To return an online order in person, simply drop off the item(s) you wish to return with any Vita Boutique Sales Associate. Please also ensure that you include the filled-out Return FormThe Return Form would have been included with your initial order (like a packing slip). This Return Form contains the order number and the Return Authorization number for you order. It is important that you fill out this Return Form and bring it with you when making a website return so that we can best assist you.

If you cannot find your Return Form but still want to drop off a return in person, please be prepared to have your order number ready.

 

In-Store Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for store credit or exchanges onlyNo refunds.

FAQ: Why do you have two different Return Policies for in-store and online purchases?

When you shop in-store at Vita Boutique you can touch, feel and try on the clothing. You can’t do that when you shop online. We want to give you every opportunity to love your purchase!

 

FAQ: Why hasn't the refund posted to my account?

If your account doesn't show a credit but you have received a confirmation email from us that your order has been refunded, first check your bank account again. If the credit still doesn't appear, contact your credit card company and/or bank as it will likely take some time before your refund is posted. Typical processing times can take anywhere between 3-10 business days. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please email us at: returns@vitaboutique.com.

Shipping Policy

Enjoy FREE shipping on us for any order $150 or more!

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

You should expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays) via USPS Priority Mail.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working. 

Vita Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered. Once we hand off your package to the post, the post office is then responsible for it. If you have questions about the location of your package or why it hasn't arrived yet, you will need to contact your local post office.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to get the item delivered correctly. If you feel you have entered the wrong address at checkout, please contact us immediately at info@vitaboutique.com
