Free shipping will be applied to any order $150 or more! A $10 flat rate shipping fee will apply to orders under $150. In-store pickup is always available and free of charge.

Online Return Policy:

All returns for online orders must be made within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for refunds or store credit. Non-returnable items include gift cards, jewelry, and sale items. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Vita Boutique reserves the right to withhold refunds or store credit on returns that do not meet this criteria.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Alternatively, you may choose to drop off your return in-person at our Hartville location to be refunded. NOTE: In-person returns cannot be processed on the spot. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Be sure to include the filled-out Return Form with your return drop-off. If you no longer have this Return Form, please email us at: info@vitaboutique.com and include your order number.
